Formar profesionales en la gestión de empresas del sector turístico y gastronómico para su desarrollo sostenible y de responsabilidad social.
El curso está compuesto de 19 módulos teóricos – prácticos que generan el conocimiento y la implantación de temas concernientes a la actividad de creación y gestión de empresas enfocadas al giro turístico o gastronómico en donde se establecen como áreas de especialización: generación de empresas tecnológicas, filosofía y ética empresarial, alta dirección, análisis de macro y micro entornos, certificaciones para establecimientos, costeo de operaciones, macro tendencias del mercado, así como, planes de mercadotecnia que resalten la sustentabilidad de las prácticas y de los productos – servicios a comercializar.

- Alumnos con conocimiento en Turismo, Gastronomía, Administración de empresas o a fin.
- Que el alumno se encuentre en séptimo semestre o cuatrimestre.
